Hayden Panettiere on Conan's Late Show

Hayden Panettiere, who plays Claire Bennet on Heroes, appeared on Monday's episode of the Late Show with Conan O'Brien. During the interview Hayden remarked about how she is like the "South Park Kenny" of Heroes, just a ragdoll who keeps getting killed and tossed all over the place, then regenerating. She discussed her previous soap opera roles as a young girl on "One Life to Live" at age 4 and then "Guiding Light" when she was 8. Hayden said on Guiding Light she was thrown down a well, got into a bad car accident, and even shot her mom, then went crazy talking to stuffed animals. Conan remarked that everyone does that anyways. Hayden said maybe her character will meet up with Jessica eventually and get to have a cool fight.

Hayden also discussed the fans of the show and the recent comic book convention she did where some fans read a bit too much into the show. She said the fans are all great and she loves them nonetheless.
