The Dream Sequence

I've seen alot written on the forum boards regarding Peter's final "vision" at the end of "Fallout" episode. From the vision we see Peter awake in a scary New York street environment. There are abandoned cars all over the city street, doors open, no people in sight. Peter begins walking towards them. A car door opens and Mohinder steps out with a smile on his face, then the smile becomes a look of fright/confusion. We see Matt Parkman, the detective motioning for Peter to stay away or back as he moves forward with Niki, DL and Micah. We see Simone come out of some building and Peter sees her, just then Isaak Mendez rushes over and pulls her away. We see Hiro and Ando standing to the side looking on. We see Nathan Petrelli's election HQ. Claire comes running up towards Peter in her cheer uniform and mouths the words "I'm sorry", then turns away. Finally we see Nathan walking in a purposeful, serious fashion straight to Peter. Peter erupts in a flood of light (radiation?) almost exploding in terror.

So we are left with that vision to ponder. Many speculate Peter could be dreaming as another character. Could it be Sylar or Ted Sprague? Will Peter inherit Ted's explosive power? Will Nathan save the day?

I read one theory that Nathan is walking out to grab Peter and be the ultimate hero by flying the bomb away. This theory makes good sense. Unfortunately if the dream plays out exactly like shown it does make several heroes look weak. It would make me feel a bit jipped if we don't see some good vs evil type battles. We need confrontations with Sylar, and not by just Peter. A Niki, Micah and DL vs Sylar handicap match would be nice. Question is, who's the handicap? Obviously, Hiro has the ability to just freeze a moment and take out Sylar too.

Now will we find Peter in a coma next episode? The trailer for the future (in black and white) shows him in some sort of exam/hospital environment. Will other Heroes meet? If Niki is asking to be arrested for murder, will Matt Parkman meet her? Will Sylar go after Niki?

It's gonna be hard not having Heroes on at 9PM next Monday, but it gives everyone alot more time to speculate and anticipate.
