2 New Heroes

E! Online discussed 2 of the newer Heroes characters on its website. First up is Kristen Bell, who debuts in October on the show. Bell is a part of the hit show "Veronica Mars" on the UPN which debuted in 2004.

From E Online:

"Bell is on track to make her Heroes debut in October. Producers aren't tipping their hands to the exact nature of her character, but, per NBC, she'll play "a sexy, intriguing, mysterious young lady" named Elle, with ties to Peter (Milo Ventimiglia), Claire (Hayden Panettiere) and Claire's father, aka HRG (Jack Coleman). While Elle makes the scene with a bang—committing a "terrible crime"—it will be unclear whether she's really good or possibly the next Sylar.

"This was not easy to pull off," Heroes' mastermind Tim Kring said in a statement. "But since we're an ensemble show, with many arcs playing out through the year, we found a way to jump into a small window in [Bell's] schedule."

E Online also revealed this about Jessica Collins, another new cast member for the show:

"The actress, whose ABC heist-themed serial was derailed by low ratings, has signed on for a recurring role on NBC's superheroic, Emmy-nominated hit.

The Peacock confirmed Friday that Collins plays Sophie, a mysterious woman with powers of her own who works for an organization that's keeping tabs on the heroes."

The Wikipedia entry of Collins reports: "Collins will have a recurring role on Heroes playing Sophie, an Irish francophone with powers employee of a powerful, mysterious organization that is tracking all the heroes"

Hmm..Could Collins possibly be the "Boogeyman" that Molly Walker claimed could see her? We will find out most likely come Season 2.
